...just use LIGHT AMPLIFICATION. Some mech are improved with LA, a powerfull tool for Team att. In night games turn off your radar (control+R) and press A to activate LA. You can't use zoom, but you will be invisible so it doesn't care.

Perfect aiming

If you are in a good day of aiming, aim to mech's head. A little point in the central torso. It needs two shoots to be destroyed. First laser, second one and... BOOM. Here some images with the location of some mech's heads:
